What This License Permits
Under our CMA Category 5 license, we are permitted to:
- Introduce prospective clients to GCC Brokers, a licensed provider of international CFD and forex trading services
- Promote GCC Brokers' services to the UAE market
- Provide general educational and promotional materials about GCC Brokers products
- Refer qualified prospects to GCC Brokers for account opening
What This License Does NOT Permit
GCC Financial Services is not a broker. Under our Category 5 license, we are not permitted to:
- Hold, receive, or transfer client funds
- Execute, arrange, or facilitate the execution of trades
- Operate a trading platform or provide trade execution services
- Provide personalized investment advice
- Engage in any regulated activity reserved for a different CMA license category
Our Relationship with GCC Brokers
GCC Financial Services has entered into an exclusive partnership with GCC Brokers Limited. Accounts opened through our introduction are registered directly with GCC Brokers Limited, which is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. GCC Brokers Limited is solely responsible for the Business Terms, Policies, Risk Disclosures, KYC processes, fund handling, and trading services that apply to your account.
